Neighbourhood Plumbing installed a Heat Pump on my float home with expertise and great service. The professionalism and service right from the first contact, Tiffany, to Mike with his expertise, to Brian and the team - was outstanding. Kirby was on site regularly as well. A month ago: Had a leak that needed to found at source and repaired in tight quarters. Called Neighbourhood and got a quick call back and an appointment a day or two later. Plumber texted just ahead of his arrival (so appreciated!) to say he could come early if I was available and then proceeded to swiftly source the problem and fix the leaky hose connection. Definitely recommend!
A year ago: Impressive customer service! I emailed to ask about servicing my on-demand hot water heater because I'd read that scaling can be an issue with these heaters requiring regular flushing. They responded the next day to assure me that our municipal water isn't hard at all and that the flushing of the heater is not really an issue here. Instead of selling me a service I didn't need, they explained what they could do for me and didn't take advantage of my ignorance to make me pay for something I didn't need.
